This Program is built on three core principles:

Your Commitment?
The program will be conducted in a blended learning format with 60-90 minutes worth of content released in an online format every Sunday commencing on 21 Apr 25.
There will also be a total of 12 live virtual sessions of 90 minutes on selected Thursday lunchtimes (midday UK time) commencing on 24 Apr 25 and ending on 23 Oct 25.
Each participant will also have access to a total of three 1-1 coaching sessions following the program.
How will I be assessed?
Each participant will be required to deliver a section of the IOSH Accredited Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety Program to the other participants and be assessed by each other, Darren and other experienced facilitators who have delivered parts of the program previously.
