This course is ideal for those who have already completed our online IOSH Accredited Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety Program and would like to deliver the program to colleagues within your organisation or to organisations within your client base.

Why are we running this program?

At present, as many of you will know, only Darren has been able to deliver our popular IOSH Accredited Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety Program in a live Face to Face or Blended Learning Format.

We have occasionally had just 2-3 known connections stand in for Darren during exceptionally busy periods to deliver a module or two of the program but never a FULL program to a valued client.

We'd like to change that and create a small database of trusted consultants and experienced facilitators who we can call on occasionally to deliver to our client base.

We've also had several requests over the years from people like yourself that would like to deliver our IOSH Accredited Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety Program to your own client base or to your leaders, managers and supervisors within your organisation.

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, we want to encourage a few more of the right participants deliver this program to many thousands of leaders, managers and supervisors across all industries around the world and even in different languages.

How will we deliver this Train the Trainer program?

The Train the Trainer Program will be delivered over a 6 month period from April - October 2025 to just 12 highly committed individuals.

Participants will have already completed our online IOSH Accredited Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety Program and be either:

Independent consultants wanting to deliver the course to their clientbase or
Experienced HSE professionals working in larger organisations who would like to deliver our IOSH Accredited Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety Program to their colleagues globally.

Live Virtual Sessions

Online E-learning

Fully online E-learning content (in a similar style to the courses that you will have previously experienced with us).

60-90 mins of weekly content

The online content will be released on a weekly basis (from 18 April to 17 October 2024) and will take around 60-90mins each week to consume.

12 Live Sessions

The online content will be supplemented with 12 live virtual group sessions (delivered personally by Darren) each lasting around 90mins on selected Thursdays throughout the 6 month period.

1-1 coaching

All participants will also be offered up to three 1-1 coaching sessions (each worth £200) either before, during and after they deliver their first live or blended learning courses.

Able to deliver IOSH Accredited Behavioural Science courses

Be competent and licensed (Worth £1250) to personally deliver our IOSH Accredited Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety Program in either a 1 day, 2 day or Blended Learning Format to your client base or within your organisation.

Have access to all of our content

Have access to all the slides, videos, lesson plans and schedules required to successfully deliver the program in a live, virtual or blended learning format.

The program will be conducted in a blended learning format with 60-90 minutes worth of content released in an online format every Sunday commencing on 21 Apr 25.

There will also be a total of 12 live virtual sessions of 90 minutes on selected Thursday lunchtimes (midday UK time) commencing on 25 Apr 24 and ending on 24 Oct 25.

Each participant will also have access to a total of three 1-1 coaching sessions following the program.

How will I be assessed?

Each participant will be required to deliver a section of the IOSH Accredited Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety Program to the other participants and be assessed by each other, Darren and other experienced facilitators who have delivered parts of the program previously.
